Diario in viaggio is a guide, a manifesto, a game whose main aim is to train our gaze. It has taken the form of a book during these pandemic months, a period of enforced reflection and negotiation, in which thoughts and actions are gathered and given a new form.
Gaia Cianfanelli and Giuliana Riunno met in 2013 through the start association and immediately shared the belief that contemporary culture should become a project that benefits local areas and communities. The public and social aspects of the association’s activities have become predominant, and over the years, through the ODAC project – the Educational Workshop for Contemporary Art – they have succeeded in creating a physical and programmatic space with a strong impact on the daily life of the community of Ariccia (RM), serving as the town’s cultural hub.
